Health Card & Blood Work
We are working with a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for accessible and affordable blood work through OHIP. Be sure to add your Health Card number to your profile when filling out your forms!
Direct Billing
We take care of the extra paperwork by direct billing to your insurance provider.
Credit Card
Your credit card information is required to be on file to secure your appointment. No charges are made to your card until after your appointment or no show. You’ll always receive a detailed invoice via email when any charges are made.

All of which impact your health. Our practice is most helpful for those dealing with chronic symptoms and conditions such as hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, infertility or autoimmune disorders. We approach each case in a proactive, preventative way.
